Please call the office at 270-885-8445 or schedule online through the My Health at Vanderbilt app by clicking HERE.

If you do not have access to your patient portal, please be sure to sign up for our online portal with MyHealth at Vanderbilt to access all of your medical records including upcoming appointments. You can can download the MHAV mobile app and have access granted by calling the VUMC Help Desk at 615-343-4357, or we can help in our office.
